Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take up to 3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email the moment your order is placed, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information once it's on its way.
Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Orlena Home is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. We periodically offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders — any active offer will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey to your door.

Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
How to Start a Return
- Email info.orlenahome@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label (for domestic orders) along with instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the provided label.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

- Gift cards
- Items that show signs of use beyond inspection
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you — no return shipping required.
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or product? Let us know within the return window and we'll happily arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
Late or Missing Refunds
